Fantastic service
We had the room under the house and it was Devine
Spotlessy clean and very comfortable and tidy rooms. Airconditioned. Food nearby at BP roadhouse which is within walking distance. Lovely hosts made for a very pleasant stay.
A basic motel but really clean room with comfortable furniture, soft towels and good aircon. The service was terrific even though I didn't see any management or staff, it seems like the motel is managed remotely. They responded very quickly to emails and were very cooperative.While there was no breakfast offered there is a roadhouse two doors down which had lots of fresh tasty food.
On 30th June 2012,my brother and I attended the Toogoolawah bird sale,as I has many birds for sale.Instead of driving thru the fog early on Sat morning,we booked into the Norton on the 29th.We had suite #9.we were greeted by the very friendly owner and shown to our room.It was spotlessly clean and fresh.consisting of 2 separate bedrooms and a new shower,fridge,coffee and tea making facilities.We didn't need the heater as the rooms were quite warm.the only thing missing was a hook or rack in the bathroom,as there was nowhere to hang your clothes or towel while showering.We had a really top meal at the Exchange hotel and a hearty breakfast at the service station next door.All in all,a truly relaxing couple of days and this Norton Motel is highly recommended for service cleanliness and proximity to the small township of Toogoolawah.We will definitely be back in 2013.5 STARS
